Weekly GNU-like Mobile Linux Update (37/2023): Another Linux Tablet and a Droidian report

Aside from Purism's Librem 11 tablet (and other Purism news), we have some (partially PinePhone related) Sailfish OS news, a point release for Plasma Apps, and interesting Firefox changes and the latest GNOME Shell Mobile landing in postmarketOS.

- Liliputing: Purism Librem 11 is a $999 Linux tablet with a 2.5K AMOLED display and Celeron N5100. I am not in the market, and I am missing a touchpad - but I am glad to see a pen and a decent display!
